I am an experienced Primary School teacher with over 24 years of serrvice, currently working as a Diversity and Inclusion Lead. My work focuses on identifying barriers to learning, and driving strategic change to ensure equitable outcomes for all pupils. I am keen to utilise this experience in order to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils at Prendergast Vale School.

Drawing on a background which includes senior leadership, I have an understanding of school improvement, data analysis, curriculum delivery, and inclusive practice, which I am excited to bring to the role.  I am passionate about using this insight to champion staff and pupils' wellbeing and ensure that the school’s high standards are accessible to every child.

Originally from North London, I have lived in South East London for almost 20 years and  in the borough of Lewisham since 2014.
