Anna lives in Lewisham. She is a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and has
worked in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) since
2007. Anna has worked in a schools’ outreach capacity since 2019, working in
mainstream and specialist schools; she is currently the Clinical Lead for the CAMHS
in Specialist Schools team in Islington.

Anna completed her doctorate at Birkbeck in 2017. Her thesis was on working with
cultural difference in children’s mental health services.

Anna is particularly interested in children’s mental health and their wellbeing in
school and in supporting schools to safeguard children effectively. She is passionate
about understanding complex needs and about successful inclusion for children with
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Anna is a parent of three children, who attend local schools.
